What Is the Billings Method?

Definition: The Billings Method is a type of natural family planning (NFP). Women, who practice this type of contraception, or birth control, learn to recognize changes in normal vaginal discharge which indicate when ovulation occurs. Women who desire pregnancy can also use the Billings method.
