What is Oligomenorrhea?

Definition: Oligomenorrhea is a type of abnormal uterine bleeding. Menstrual cycles that occur more than 35 days apart are required for a diagnosis of oligomenorrhea. Remember, Day 1 of the menstrual cycle is the first day any amount of bleeding occurs and counting continues until the next time menstruation begins.
