Definition: The reproductive glands in the male and female reproductive systems. In men, the reproductive glands are the testes where sperm production occurs. The female organs are the two ovaries which sit just above the fallopian tubes on the right and left sides of the uterus. The ovaries produce eggs during each menstrual cycle.
